Tato bakalářská práce popisuje kriminalistickou metodiku vyšetřování trestného činu krádeže. Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých kapitol, v první části se zabývá jednotlivými metodikami, kriminalistickou charakteristikou trestného činu a jak je trestný čin krádeže upraven v zákoně, následně vysvětluje konkrétní charakteristiku krádeží a jejich rozdělení. This bachelor thesis describes a criminal investigation methodology of the offence of theft. The thesis is divided in three chapters. The first part focuses on individual methodologies, criminalistic characteristics of criminal act and how was the offence of theft adjusted from the legal point of view.
