Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaobírá analýzou podnikového okolí, která vede k následnému vytvoření doporučení a návrhů, jež pomohou k lepším výsledkům a prosperitě společnosti. Teoretická část se opírá o teorii čerpanou v knižních zdrojích či internetových zdrojích, díky nimž jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy spojené s podnikáním a podniky, s okolím podniku, včetně jehož druhů a následně s analýzami, které slouží k rozboru podnikového okolí. Praktická část obsahuje nejprve představení zkoumané společnosti a následně analýzy, jež byly potřebné k detailnímu rozboru okolí společnosti. Realizované analýzy jsou využity ke shrnutí zjištěných informací do závěrečné SWOT analýzy, která informuje čtenáře o slabých a silných stránkách zkoumaného ekonomického subjektu a o jeho příležitostech a hrozbách, které skrývá vnější svět, tedy okolí ekonomického subjektu. Na základě zjištěných informací o daném podniku jsou v závěru práce uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které pomohou podniku v růstu a prosperitě.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelor Thesis is to analyze the business field and create new ways to improve the prosperity and results of companies. The theoretical part of this paper relies on ideas that were found in literature and on the internet. Thanks to these theories we can connect key parts of the business field with what is expected of companies, including all their different types of expertise, after that we can subsequently analyze and dissect the business field and its surrounding areas as a whole. The practical part starts with the introduction of the examined company, this is then followed by thorough analysis, that leads to a detailed dissection of the circumstances surrounding this company. This process is then used as a source of information in the final SWOT analysis for which the main goal is to inform the public about the strong and weak sides to this specific economic subject and the threats and opportunities associated with it, this information is usually shrouded by the outside world. In the final part of this thesis there are present suggestions and recommendations that can help with the growth and prosperity of the company.
