Cílem diplomové práce bylo sledovat vliv dvou vybraných těžkých kovů zinku a mědi na fenotyp sladkovodní zelené řasy Desmodesmus armatus v laboratorních podmínkách. V průběhu experimentu byly sledovány a zdokumentovávány reakce předem stanovených parametrů cenobia, a to: šířka a výška jedné buňky v cenobiu, šířka celého cenobia, rozpětí ostnů v rámci jedné krajní buňky, rozpětí ostnů mezi krajními …more

The aims of this master thesis were to observe the influence of two heavy metals zinc and copper on the phenotype of the freshwater green alga Desmodesmus armatus in laboratory conditions.
