Tato diplomová práce se zabývá metodikou vyšetřování trestného činu vraždy. Práci lze členit na sedm vzájemně propojených částí. Nejprve obsahuje stručný historický exkurs, po němž následuje část juristická, vycházející ze zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., trestního zákoníku. This thesis deals with methodology of murder investigation. Thesis can be divided into seven parts. In introduction it includes brief historic discursion, further it contains the juridical part based on the regulation of the new Act No. 40/2009 Coll. (Criminal Code).
