Teacher's Personality and its Influence on Classroom Climate
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností učitele a jejím vlivem na klima třídy. V teoretické části si vymezíme pojem učitel, nahlédneme do historie, zamyslíme se nad posláním a náročností učitelské profese a uvedeme si základní typologii a klíčové kompetence pedagoga. V souvislosti s třídním klimatem se zaměříme na utváření pozitivního třídního klimatu, na komunikaci a vedení dialogu ve vyučování. Praktická …more

The bachelor thesis deals with the teacher's personality and its influence on the climate class. In the theoretical section, we define the notion of a teacher, a look into the history, I think about the mission and the demands of the teaching profession and we state a basic typology and key competencies of teachers.
