Gustav Theodore Holst byl anglickým skladatelem, aranžérem a učitelem. Nejznámější je jeho orchestrální suita The Planets (Planety). I když zkomponoval velké množství jiných děl napříč rozpětím žánrů, žádné z nich nedosáhlo srovnatelného úspěchu. Gustav Theodore Holst was an English composer, arranger and teacher. His orchestral suite The Planets is the best known one. Although he composed large amount of other works across a range of genres, none of them did not achieve comparable success.
