Systém řízení výkonnosti v organizaci - strategie a praxe

Abstract:

Řízení výkonnosti je velmi důležitou součástí organizačního výkonu a provádění činností. V důsledku toho je to nezbytné pro umožnění trvalého výkonu a zajištění dosažení jeho cílů. Cílem této studie je prozkoumat aspekty systémů řízení výkonnosti a jejich roli či efektivitu v organizaci. Studie zkoumá předmět řízení výkonnosti s ohledem na jeho důležitost v rámci organizace, jak souvisí se strategií řízení výkonnosti a jeho dopad na výkonnost organizace. Dále studuje souvislost mezi systémy řízení výkonnosti a motivací zaměstnanců. Tato studie představí komplexní srovnávací analýzu systémů řízení výkonu (PMS) s primárním zaměřením na Microsoft, doplněnou o případové studie IBM a Oracle pro kontextové pohledy. Výzkum zahrnuje kvalitativní zjištění z průzkumu mezi 50 zaměstnanci společnosti Microsoft, jehož cílem je identifikovat rozdíly, problémy a potenciální oblasti pro zlepšení v přístupu organizace k hodnocení výkonu zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

Performance management is a very essential part of organizational performance and execution of activities. As a result, this is essential to enabling sustained performance and ensuring that its goals are achieved. The focus of this study is to examine the aspects of performance management systems and their role or effectiveness in an organization. The study explores the subject of performance management with regards to its importance within an organization, how it relates to performance management strategy, and its impact on organizational performance. Furthermore, it studies the link between performance management systems and employee motivation. This study will present a comprehensive comparative analysis of performance management systems (PMS) with a primary focus on Microsoft, supplemented by case studies of IBM and Oracle for contextual insights. The research incorporates qualitative findings from a survey of 50 Microsoft employees, aiming to identify disparities, challenges, and potential areas for improvement in the organization's approach to employee performance assessment.
