Intracellular distribution of N-terminal isoforms of p73 protein in medulloblastoma cells
Abstract:
Izoformy proteinu p73 mají významnou úlohu v procesech tumorigeneze a ontogeneze. V diplomové práci byla studována intracelulární distribuce N-terminálních izoforem proteinu p73 v meduloblastomových buněčných liniích metodou imunocytochemie. Druhá část práce se zabývá působením kyseliny all-trans retinové na expresi p73.
Abstract:
The p73 protein isoforms have a significant role in tumorigenesis and ontogenesis. This thesis examines the intracellular distribution of p73 N-terminal isoforms in medulloblastoma cell lines using immunocytochemistry. The second part of this thesis describes the effect of all-trans retinoic acid on p73 expression.
