Předmětem bakalářské práce „Analýza dopadů akvizice na dceřinou společnost“ je rozbor dopadů aktu akvizice na dceřinou společnost. Zabývá se však i motivy, pozitivy a negativy akvizice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování a dělení pojmů fúze a akvizice, na historii těchto pojmů, na motivy vedoucí k fúzím, či akvizicím, jejich průběh a metodiku použitou v praktické části. The subject of the bachelor thesis "Analysis of Impact of the Acquisition on the Subsidiary Company" is an analysis of the impact of the acquisition act on a subsidiary.
