Analysis of mechanical properties of the product made by additive manufacturing

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na destruktivní zkoušky materiálů používaných v aditivní výrobě technologií Fused Filament Fabrication (dále jen FFF). V úvodní části diplomové práce jsou rozděleny vybrané technologie aditivní výroby, přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na technologii FFF. Úvodní část práce také shrnuje konstrukční rozdělení současných 3D tiskáren technologie FFF. Druhá část práce obsahuje výsledky praktického měření vzorků, které byly vyrobeny technologií aditivní výroby. Tato část je rozdělena do trojice dílčích měření. První měření sloužilo k definování orientace vzorků na podložce 3D tiskárny. Druhé měření bylo provedeno z důvodu ověření vyrobitelnosti jednotlivých vzorků v souvislosti s definovaným materiálem. Z výsledků dílčích měření bylo následně provedeno závěrečné testování, které bylo rozšířeno o měření metodou Digitální Korelace Obrazu. Veškerá měření probíhala na univerzálním trhacím stroji zkouškou tahem. Práci poté uzavírá ekonomické srovnání aditivní výroby FFF v souvislosti se standardně dodávaným komponentem.

Abstract:

A masters work focused on destructive material testing used in additive manufacturing technology Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF). In a first section the work is described main contemporary technologies of additive manufacturing, which are focused on polymer materials and technology FFF. In a first section construction differences between FFF types of a 3D printers are described. A second part includes experiment of the work. The part is structured to three experiments. First experiment was used for defines position samples on bed. Second experiment was used to verify manufacturability and repeatability of the samples. Results of the first and the second experiment were implemented to the third final experiment. The final experiment included tensile testing and optical measuring by Digital Imagine Correlation (DIC). All the experiments were made by tensile testing machine. Last part of the work included economy of additive manufacturing related to standard purchase plastic component.
