Abstract:
Absolventská práce se věnuje trestnímu právu hmotnému, jeho funkcím, pramenům a zásadám, dále základům trestní odpovědnosti dospělých, mladistvých a právnických osob a nakonec subjektu skutkové podstaty trestného činu.
Abstract:
This Graduate Thesis deals with the substantive criminal law, its functions, sources and principles. The study examines foundations of criminal liability of adults and minors as well as legal persons. Furthermore, it investigates the subject of facts of the criminal case.
