Bachelor work deals with corporate culture and its speeches as a tool for care employee. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of the company and corporate culture, care employee and employee motivation. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá firemnou kultúrou a jej prejavmi ako nástrojom starostlivosti o zamestnanca. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenia podniku a firemnej kultúry, starostlivosti o zamestnanca a motivácie zamestnanca.
