Tato práce se zabývá mezinárodním barterem. V ekonomických aspektech jsem se věnoval otázce co je barter a hlavně jeho významu pro současnou ekonomiku. Právní aspekty barteru pojednávají o právním základu směny. Směna, jako právní vztah, může být realizována na základě kupní smlouvy nebo na základě smlouvy o směně. This bachelor thesis is about international barter. In the economic part of this thesis I dealt with the question, What is barter? and with its significance for modern economy. In the law part I dealt with the law elements of the barter. Barter is a legal relationship, it can be accomplished on the base of the contract of purchase or of the barter contract.
