Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu přínosů a rizik provozu kasin na území obcí. V teoretické části práce autorka stručně definuje klíčové pojmy. Následující kapitoly se věnují historii hazardních her, rozdělování daní z hazardu obcím a dopadům obecně závazných vyhlášek týkající se hazardu na úrovni obcí. The thesis focuses on analyzing the benefits and risks of operating casinos within municipalities. In the theorical part, the author briefly defines key concepts.
