Abstract:
V teoretické části je obsažen pojem pohostinství, jeho historie a vývoj, dále vznik restaurací a jejich proměna až do podoby jak je známe dnes, formy stravování, systém HACCP. V analytické části je seznam zkoumaných provozoven spolu s informacemi o nich, dále se zkoumají preference rezidentů, které vyplívají z dotazníkového šetření. In theory you can find term catering, his improvement and history, than establishment of restaurants from long histori till today. You can also find there forms of catering and systém HACCP.
