Optimalizace nákupního procesu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:

Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá nákupem, jeho vývojem, úkoly, organizací v podnicích, strukturou nákupního procesu a operativním plánováním nákupu. Dále teoretická část pojednává o procesech a jejich řízení, optimalizaci procesů a metodách analýzy procesů. V aplikační části jsou aplikovány poznatky získané v teoretické části práce ve vybraném podniku. V první části aplikační práce je vybraný podnik představen, popsána jeho organizační struktura, hmotné a informační toky v podniku, dále je analyzován proces nákupu vybraných objektů nákupu, kterými jsou přímý materiál a režijní materiál včetně ostatních požadavků. Tento proces je následně optimalizován pomocí Value Added analýzy, která identifikuje činnosti přinášející a nepřinášející přidanou hodnotu, přičemž posledně jmenované činnosti budou odstraněny a dojde tak k částečné optimalizaci procesů. Výsledky této optimalizace budou následně popsány a zároveň budou navrhnuty nástroje k finální optimalizaci ve formě upgradu současného informačního systému či implementaci nového včetně finančního zhodnocení vybraných variant.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with purchasing, its development, tasks, organization in companies, the structure of the purchasing process and operational planning of purchasing. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with processes and their management, process optimization and process analysis methods. In the application part, the knowledge gained in the theoretical part of the work in the selected company is applied. In the first part of the application work, the selected company is introduced, its organizational structure, material and information flows in the company are described, and the purchase process of selected purchase objects, which are direct material and overhead material, including other requirements, is analysed. This process is then optimized using Value Added Analysis, which identifies activities that bring and do not bring added value, while the latter activities will be eliminated and thus there will be a partial optimization of processes. The results of this optimization will be subsequently described and at the same time tools for final optimization will be proposed in the form of an upgrade of the current information system or the implementation of a new one, including the financial evaluation of selected variants.
