Tématem této bakalářské práce je ?Cytogenetická metoda Mikronukleus test?. Tento test slouží ke sledování vlivu genotoxických faktorů prostředí na genetický materiál člověka. Projevem biologického efektu genotoxického působení je vznik mikrojader v cytoplazmě dvoujaderných buněk, jejichž frekvence se sleduje. Práce také pojednává o metodách genetické toxikologie obecně. Abstract:
The theme of this bachelor thesis is ?The Cytogenetic Method Mikronucleus Test.? This test serves to track the influence of genotoxic environmental factors on a genetic human material. A biologic effect of a genotoxic influencing is manifested in a genesis of micronuclei in a cytoplasm of two-nuclei cells whose frequency is observed.
