The Development of the Military Administration within our Territory

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je vývoj vojenské správy na našem území.Vojenské dějiny jsou nedílnou, převážně historickou součástí veřejné správy.Práce zahrnuje utváření vojenské správy ozbrojených sil od prvních státních útvarů vyskytujících se na našem území, přes středověké události, habsburskou monarchii,československý unitární a federální stát až po profesionální vojsko Armády České republiky. Je zřejmé, že ve zkoumaném období na našem území prošel vývoj všemi společenskými systémy, vystřídaly se různé státní útvary a v neposlední řadě proběhly dvě světové války.Avšak právě v 1. polovině 20. století došlo příčinou dvou válek k tak významným změnám, že lze toto období považovat za jedno z nejvýznamnějších vůbec, a to i z hlediska vývoje vojenské správy.Proto se tomuto období věnuji v práci podrobněji. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol a doplněná o přílohy o bsahující dokumenty vojenské správy právě z doby 1. poloviny 20. století.

Abstract:

The diploma project deals with the development of the military administration in the Czech Republic. Military history represents an unseparable part of the public administration. It concentrates on the description of the development of the military a dministration of armed forces since the time of the first state units in the area of the contemporary Czech Republic, maps the medieval events, Habsburg era, Czech and Slovak unitary later federal state until the contemporary professional military corps of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. Apparently, during the examined periods, the development of the establishment included all possible regimes, the state forms varied while the two world wars were regarded as the most influential in this aspect. It was exactly during that time when the military administration underwent the greatest significant changes. For this reason t his period is paid the biggest attention. The diploma project is divided into five chapters, the enclosures contain documents of the military administration from the first half of the 20th century.
