The aim of the thesis "Labour mobility in EU countries" is to identify the factors stimulating the mobility of workers, but also the definition of the factors that hinder mobility. Cieľom diplomovej práce „Mobilita pracovníků v zemích EU“ je identifikovať faktory stimulujúce mobilitu pracovníkov, ale aj vymedzenie faktorov, ktoré mobilite bránia. Pozornosť je sústredná na migračné toky po rozšírení EÚ v roku 2004 a konkrétne na presuny poľských pracovníkov do starých členských štátov.
