Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj, důvody zavedení a systém minimální mzdy v ČR a ve vybraných státech EU. Daný vývoj minimálních mezd komparuje s vývojem míry nezaměstnanosti v ČR a ve vybraných státech EU, přičemž dále poukazuje na porovnaní́ minimální́ mzdy s životním a existenčním minimem. The bachelor thesis focuses on the development, reasons for the introduction and the system of the minimum wage in the Czech Republic and in selected EU countries.
