Abstract:

Nábytkářské firmy stále častěji chtějí splňovat požadavky konceptu 4.0 zavedením automatizace do výroby. Naše práce se zaměřuje na automatickou kontrolu olepované hrany při procesu olepování. Pomocí kamery umístěné nad válečkovým dopravníkem za olepovacím strojem, která obsahuje neuronovou síť, chceme automaticky detekovat typ a případnou chybu po provedení olepení hrany. Pro každý snímek je provedena filtrace pomocí Gabor a Canny filtrů, které zvýrazní hrany, vady a odstraní šum. Lepších výsledků dosahují snímky s použitím filtru Gabor. V dalším kroku pomocí naší navržené konvoluční neuronové sítě vyhodnocujeme v reálném čase kvalitu olepování a zjišťujeme tloušťku olepované hrany pro potřeby nadřazeného systému. Pro srovnání jsme vytvořili sadu upravených před trénovaných neuronových sítí a naši navrženou neuronovou síť jsme s nimi srovnali z hlediska přesnosti a výpočetní náročnosti. (GoogleNet, ResNet, DarkNet atd.) Naše navržená konvoluční síť dosahuje lepších výsledků než předtrénované modely. Tato technologie rozšiřuje stávající strojní vybavení podniku a je vhodná pro firmy všech velikostí. A to včetně doporučeného Hardwaru, který jsme ověřili v praxi. Výhodou je také snadná rozšiřitelnost na další druhy chyb nebo druhů olepení.

Abstract:

Furniture firms are increasingly seeking to meet Industry 4.0 requirements by incorporating automation in production. Our article addresses the automated inspection of the edge to be banded at the time of the banding process. By using a camera placed above the roller conveyor behind the banding machine, which contains a neural network, we want to automatically detect the type and possible error after the edge banding has been performed.For each image, filtering is performed using Gabor and Canny filters to highlight edges, defects and remove noise. Images processed with the Gabor filter are more effective. Next, our proposed convolutional neural network evaluates the edge banding quality in real-time and detects the thickness of the edge band for the higher-level system's requirements. For comparison, we created a series of adapted pre-trained neural networks (GoogleNet, ResNet, DarkNet, etc.) and compared them with our suggested neural network concerning precision and computational complexity. Our suggested convolutional network produces superior outcomes to pre-trained models. This technology expands the current infrastructure for enterprises and is suitable for businesses of any size. And that includes the recommended Hardware, which we have verified in practice. Additionally, it offers the benefit of effortless expandability to other varieties of mistakes or banding types.
