Porovnání vývoje mezd ve vybraném podniku v různých časových obdobích

Abstract:

První část této bakalářské práce se zabývá komplexní problematikou personálních činností. Druhá část pak pomocí metody sběru dat přibližuje tyto činnosti z pohledu Městského kulturního střediska, největší důraz je kladen na odměňování, kdy jsou zjištěny částky průměrných hrubých a čistých měsíčních platů zaměstnanců organizace za posledních pět let, jejich výše se s výjimkou platů technického pracovníka a uklízečky stále zvyšují. Pouze u této pracovnice platí, že průměrný čistý plat je vyšší než hrubý. Následně jsou porovnány platy organizace s průměrnými hrubými platy a mzdami pro jednotlivé pozice v Plzeňském kraji. Z této komparace vyplývá, že celkové platy i mzdy jsou nižší než platy účetní a také než platy uklízečky v prvních třech letech. Platy technického pracovníka byly s výjimkou posledního roku vyšší než celkové hrubé platy, nedosáhly ovšem výše celkových hrubých mezd. Platy knihovnice jsou na srovnatelné úrovni jako celkové hrubé platy. Největší rozdíl ve prospěch celkových hrubých mezd vznikl u pozice ředitele, platy u této pozice ale byly v posledním roce na přibližně stejné úrovni. Celkové hrubé mzdy zde stejně jako u technického pracovníka převyšují celkové hrubé platy. U pozice uklízečky a u účetní s výjimkou roku 2015 je tomu naopak. Na základě všech zjištěných informací, došla autorka k tomu, že nejvíce ohrožená je pozice uklízečky, jejíž platy v současné době nedosahují ani celkových průměrných hrubých mezd ani platů a navrhla zvýšení jejího platového tarifu formou postupu do vyšší platové třídy pomocí vytvoření nové pracovní pozice.

Abstract:

The first part of this thesis deals with complex issues of personnel activities. The second part, using the method of data collection, introduces these activities from the perspective of the Municipal Cultural Centre. The greatest emphasis is put on remuneration, where the average gross and net monthly salaries of the organization’s employees over the past five years are detected. The level of these salaries is increasing within the years with the exception of the salary of the technical worker and the cleaner. Only the cleaner’s average net salary is higher than the gross salary. Subsequently, the salaries in the organization are compared with the average gross salaries and wages of the same positions in the Pilsen Region. It follows from this comparison that the average salaries and wages are lower than the salaries of the accountant and also the salaries of the cleaner in the first three years. With the exception of the last year, the technical staff salaries are higher than the average gross salaries, but do not reach the average gross wages. Librarian’s salaries are at a comparable level to average gross salaries. The biggest difference pro average gross wages is by the director, but the salaries in this position are at about the same level in the last year. Average gross wages here, as with a technical worker, exceed total gross salaries. By the position of a cleaner and an accountant with the exception of 2015 is the situation contrary. On the basis of all the information found, the author concluded that the position of a cleaner whose salaries currently do not reach the average gross wages or salaries is the most at risk and proposed to increase her salary scale by advancing to a higher salary grade by creating a new job.
