Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá europeizačními tendencemi ve smluvním právu. Popisuje výchozí situaci tohoto procesu, zejména rozdílnost právních řádů evropských zemí a dosavadní vývoj sjednocování smluvního práva. Srhnuje argumenty pro a proti europeizaci smluvního práva. Abstract:
The submitted thesis discusses the process of europeanisation in contract law. It describes the background of this process, namely the divergence of european legal orders and the development of unification of contract law so far.
