Social Work in Social Entrepreneurship´s Context

Abstract:

V souvislosti se současnou situací sociálního státu se poskytovatelé služeb sociální práce potýkají s otázkou, zda reagovat inovací jejích tradičních metod a postupů vyžadujících mezioborovou spolupráci. Není ojedinělé, že na tuto situaci poskytovatelé reagují zakládáním institucí skrze podnikatelské myšlení, které by mělo být provázeno etikou sociální práce, založeno na integraci veřejně prospěšné služby a byznysu, tedy zakládáním sociálních podniků. Cílem textu je pokusit se o ukotvení sociální práce v oblasti sociálního podnikání. A to jak prostřednictvím široké teoretické diskuse, tak využitím sekvenčního modelu smíšeného výzkumu. Ústřední myšlenkou práce je odlišení pojetí sociální práce v oblasti sociálního podnikání (resp. v sociálních podnicích) od snah tržní logiky tuto profesi ovládnout.

Abstract:

In the context of the welfare state current situation, social service providers deal with the question of innovation its traditional methods and procedures, requiring multidisciplinary cooperation. Often, social service providers respond to this situation with institutions establishment through business thought that should be linked to social work?s ethics, based on community services and business integration, thus social enterprises establishment. The dissertation thesis aim is to try to anchor social work in the field of social entrepreneurship. This is to be done through broad theoretical discussion, as well as through use of sequential model of mixed methods research. The central idea of the dissertation thesis is to differentiate the social work conception in the field of social entrepreneurship (or in the field of social enterprises) from the market logic efforts to dominate this profession.
