Earnings system in the enterprise
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou mzdového systému reálneho podniku. První část je zaměřená na vymezení teoretických východisek a základních principů odměňování. V analytické části jsou teoretické poznatky porovnány se zavedeným mzdovým systémem v reálném podniku. Na základě poznatků a výsledků průzkumu v podniku jsou navržena doporučení k zavedení opatření na zlepšení mzdového systému.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the description and analysis of the earnings system in the real enterprise. The first part is aimed at definition the theoretical data and fundamental principles of remuneration. In the analytical part the theoretical findings were compared with the established earning system in a real enterprise.
