Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma stresu na pracovišti. Práce zkoumá příčiny a důsledky stresu na pracovišti a analyzuje různé metody, jak snížit úroveň stresu v pracovním prostředí. Dále práce zkoumá vztah mezi stresorem a stresovou reakcí a zhodnocuje účinnost různých intervencí pro snížení stresu na pracovišti.
