Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kooperativního vyučování na 1. stupni základních škol a jeho implementací v praxi. Cílem práce je prozkoumat zkušenosti učitelů 1. stupně ZŠ se zaváděním modelu kooperativního učení, identifikovat důvody pro jeho implementaci, analyzovat překážky a podmínky úspěšné implementace. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část poskytuje potřebný vhled na kooperativní učení. Vytyčeného cíle je dosaženo aplikací dvou výzkumných metod. Hlavní výzkumnou metodou je česká modifikace zahraničního dotazníku CLIQ (Cooperative Learning Implementation Questionnaire), která se zajímá o implementaci kooperativního učení. Doplňující výzkumnou metodou jsou polostrukturované rozhovory se dvěma učitelkami. Soubor výzkumného šetření tvoří učitelé 1. stupně základních škol Moravskoslezského kraje. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že kooperativní vyučování má potenciál posílit sociální interakce, rozvíjet interpersonální a intrapersonální dovednosti žáků a podporovat vzájemnou spolupráci mezi nimi. Tato práce přináší poznatky o implementaci kooperativního učení ve výuce. Poskytuje přehled překážek, které mohou nastat při začleňování tohoto modelu ve výuce, důvody, proč je kooperativní vyučování vhodné a v neposlední řadě podmínky, za kterých bývá implementace úspěšná. Tato práce poskytuje základ pro další zkoumání a rozvoj metodiky kooperativního učení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on cooperative teaching at primary school and its implementation in practice. The aim of the thesis is to explore the experiences of primary school teachers with the introduction of cooperative learning, identify reasons for its implementation, analyse obstacles and conditions for successful implementation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part provides necessary insights into cooperative learning. The stated goal is achieved through the application of two research methods. The main research method is the Czech modification of the CLIQ (Cooperative Learning Implementation Questionnaire), which investigates the implementation of cooperative learning. As an additional research method, semi-structured interviews with two primary teachers are utilized. The research sample consists of primary school teachers from the Moravian-Silesian region. The results of the research indicate that cooperative teaching has the potential to enhance social interactions, develop interpersonal and intrapersonal skills of students and promote cooperation among them. This thesis provides insights into the implementation of cooperative teaching. It offers an overview of obstacles that may arise when integrating this model into teaching, reasons why cooperative teaching is appropriate, and, finally, conditions under which implementation is successful. This thesis lays the groundwork for further research and development of cooperative teaching methodology.
