Prevention of chronic noninfectious diseases at preschool childern

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem a prevencí chronických neinfekčních chorob (známých též pod názvem civilizační choroby) u dětí předškolního věku. Práce poskytuje informace o příčinách vzniku a významu prevence těchto chorob, které mohou být prospěšné v učitelské praxi. Náplní teoretické části této práce je pojmenování faktorů ovlivňujících civilizační choroby u dětí, popis strategie prevence těchto onemocnění v mateřských školách a rodinách předškolních dětí. Praktická část zpracovává údaje ze zdravotnické dokumentace dětí a zjišťuje metodou anonymních dotazníků povědomí a postoje rodičů k prevenci civilizačních chorob. Zároveň předkládá přístup konkrétní mateřské školy, jaké preventivní nástroje používá a jaký má pro učitelky i děti prevence smysl.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes chronic infectious sicknesses (also known as civilization diseases) and their presence and prevention in the target group of pre-school aged children. This thesis informs about the root causes of these diseases and meaning of the prevention. Theoretical part is about the listing the factors that can influencing the civilization diseases within the children population, prevention-strategy definition in the kindergarten facilities and in the families with pre-school children. Practical part elaborates with the medical information of the pre-school children and analyzes the disease awareness and parent's approach to its prevention, by completing a set of questions within the written form. At the same time, informs about the approach of the specific kindergarten what prevention tools and methods to use, and what is the meaning of that prevention for teachers and children.
