Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracovat hyperspektrální a multispektrální data za účelem sledování znečištění vody sinicemi na Brněnské přehradě. Sledované období bylo mezi roky 2018 a 2021, kdy bylo na dostupných datech určeno množství sinic pomocí spektrálních indexů. Abstract:
The aim of the master thesis was to process hyperspectral and multispectral data for purpose to monitor water pollution by cyanobacteria on the Brno water reservoir. The observed period was between the years 2018 and 2021, when on the available dataset the quantity of cyanobacteria was determined using spectral indices.
