Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní spokojenosti. Jejím hlavním cílem je provést analýzu aspektů, které ovlivňují celkovou pracovní spokojenost a navrhnout vhodná opatření k udržení a ke zvýšení celkové pracovní spokojenosti. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the aspects affecting overall job satisfaction and to propose suitable measures to maintain and enhance job satisfaction. The survey was conducted at VODÁRENSKÁ AKCIOVÁ SPOLEČNOST, a.s., and the results indicated that the majority of employees were generally satisfied with their jobs.
