Issning of public orders, opening orders, withdrawing from EU structural funds
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá důvody úpravy koncesí v samostatném zákoně a s komplikacemi, které tato samostatná úprava přináší. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována sektorovým zadavatelům, speciálně v situaci, kdy splňují definici jak sektorového, tak veřejného zadavatele.
Abstract:
The work is concerned with the reason of modification of the concessions in the Act itself and also with difficulties that this modificaton brings about. A special attention in this work is paid to the sector contracting authorities, in particular to the instances where the contracting authority is both public and sector.
