Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na zpracování podnikatelského záměru a jeho proveditelnosti. Předmětem podnikatelského záměru jsou vertikální hydroponické farmy určené pro trh spotřebitelů a malých firem. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda má smysl projekt zrealizovat. Druhým cílem je využití použitých metod jako podkladu, podle kterého bude možné analyzovat další podnikatelské záměry. V práci byly použity metody zlatého kruhu, vnitřní a vnější analýzy, strategie podniku a lidských zdrojů, marketingová strategie, metoda empatických map, procesní řízení, finanční kalkulace včetně finančních výkazů a metody čisté současné hodnoty, analýza bodu zvratu, metoda scénářů a simulace Monte Carlo. Výsledkem je ohodnocení podnikatelského záměru jako vysoce rizikového. Důvodem je vysoká citlivost poptávky, která silně ovlivňuje celkovou čistou současnou hodnotu projektu. Poptávka je navíc díky inovačnímu charakteru produktu těžko předvídatelná. Závěrem je doporučeno projekt v současné době nerealizovat a dočasně odložit. V případě zájmu o pokračování vprojektu je doporučeno vyhledat rizikového investora na financování projektu, striktně v rámci metody „design thinking“.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the processing of the business plan and its feasibility. The subject of the business plan are vertical hydroponic farms designed for he consumer market and small businesses. The aim of the thesis is to verify whether it makes sense to realize the project. The second objective is to use the methods as the basis for analysing other business intentions. The methods of the golden circle, internal and external analysis, business and human resources strategies, marketing strategy, empathy maps, process management, financial calculations including financial statements and net present value methods, break even analysis, scenario methods and simulation Monte Carlo were used. The result of the thesis is evaluation of the business plan as a high risk one. The reason is the high sensitivity of demand, which significantly affects the overall net present value of the project. Moreover, demand is hard to predict because of the innovative nature of the product. In conclusion, it is recommended to not currently realize the project or temporarily postpone it. If there will be an interest in continuing the project, it is recommended to look for a venture investor to fund the project, strictly within the "design thinking" method.
