Cílem práce bylo studovat molekulární mechanismy redoxního stresu u bakterie Paracoccus denitrificans rostlé v přítomnosti a nepřítomnosti látek navozujících redoxní stres. Analýzy byly zaměřeny na: 1. Stanovení enzymových aktivit, případně hladin mRNA v bakteriálních kulturách rostlých v přítomnosti a nepřítomnosti respiračního inhibitoru u proteinů, u nichž byly zjištěny změny exprese proteomovou …more
