Abstract:
Práce se zabývá spokojeností návštěvníků s informačními službami v turismu. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout doporučení a uvést možné způsoby, které mohou přispět ke spokojenosti návštěvníků s informačními službami v turismu. The thesis deals with visitor satisfaction with information services in tourism. The main aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations and indicate possible ways that can contribute to the satisfaction of visitors with information services in tourism.
