The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the revitalisation process of the military airfield Zatec and its transformation into the industrial zone Triangle. This thesis deals with the level of the successful revitalisation of this brownfield. This brownfield was chosen as one of strategic locations for the secondary and automotive industries.
