Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace profesního a osobního života na pozici manažera. První část práce se soustředí na teoretická východiska uvedené problematiky. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the harmonization of the professional and personal life to the position of manager. The first part of this thesis is focused on the theoretical background of the issue.
