Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá učiteli odborného výcviku a jejich vnímáním dalšího vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části je popsáno povolání učitele odborného výcviku z několika pohledů. This diploma thesis is concerned with teachers of vocational training and their perception of further education. It consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes the profession of a teacher of vocational training from several viewpoints.
