Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje aplikaci unijního práva v rozhodčím řízení, konkrétně aplikaci Nařízení Řím I v rozhodčím řízení. Po vymezení a popisu doktrín ovlivňujících právní povahu rozhodčího řízení se práce zaobírá podrobnou analýzou a komparací metod určujících rozhodné právo pro meritum sporu. The thesis deals with the application of EU law in arbitration proceedings, specifically the application of the Rome I Regulation in arbitration proceedings. After defining and describing the doctrines influencing the legal nature of arbitration, the thesis deals with a detailed analysis and comparison of the methods of determining the law applicable to the merits of the dispute.
