The aim of the bachelor thesis was to map the spectral interferences for selected lines of elements determined using the inductively coupled plasma optical spectrometry in various matrices. Účelem bakalářské práce bylo zmapování spektrálních interferencí pro řadu vybraných čar prvků stanovovaných pomocí optické spektrometrie indukčně vázaného plazmatu v různých matricích.
