Professional aspirations of students with handicaps somatic

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce nese název Profesní aspirace žáků se somatickým znevýhodněním. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jaké jsou profesní aspirace žáků středních škol a jaké jsou jejich představy o budoucí profesní kariéře. V úvodních kapitolách je věnován prostor vymezení pojmů a charakteristice zdravotního a tělesného znevýhodnění a postižení. Dále jsou zmíněny příčiny a charakterizovány klasifikace postižení a znevýhodnění jedinců. Dalším tématem je edukace znevýhodněných a profesní poradenství, které má pomoci začlenit jedince se zdravotním a tělesným postižením a znevýhodněním do příslušných školských zařízení. Pozornost je věnována možnosti uplatnění v oboru, jehož součástí jsou pracovní rehabilitace a chráněné zaměstnávání osob se somatickým znevýhodněním. V praktické části je popsána vybraná metoda dotazníku, aplikovaná na padesáti záměrně vybraných respondentech ze tří různých středních škol, které jsou v praktické části charakterizovány. Dotazníky byly vyhodnocovány pomocí vyhodnocovací matice, jež sloužila k vytvoření grafů s přesnými výsledky. Přínosem práce je tedy zjistit profesní aspirace žáků středních škol.

Abstract:

The thesis submitted is called Professional aspiration of students with somatic disadvantage. The aim of this work is to find out what professional aspirations students from secondary schools have and what their ideas about their future professional career are. The introductory chapters describe definitions of terms and characteristics of health and physical disadvantage and handicap. The work further mentions the reasons of handicaps and disadvantages and their classification. Further it mentions education of individuals and professional consultancy, which should help to include the individuals with health and physical handicap and disadvantage to relevant school facilities. The work also focuses on the possibility of employment students in the field, where work rehabilitation and protected employment of people with somatic disadvantage are described. The practical part describes a method of questionnaire, which was applied on fifty intentionally chosen respondents from three different secondary schools described in practical part too. The questionnaires were evaluated with evaluative matrix, which helped me to create graphs with precise results. The benefit of the work was therefore finding out what professional aspirations of students of secondary schools are.
