Tato diplomová práce popisuje sociální péči o zaměstnance Třineckých železáren v letech 1945-1948. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit rozsah, dopad a efektivitu této péče na zaměstnance Třineckých železáren v daném období. This diploma thesis describes social care for employees of Třinecké železárny/Třinec Iron and Steel Works in the years 1945-1948. The aim of this work was to evaluate the extent, impact and effectiveness of this careon employees of Třinecké železárny/Třinec Iron and Steel Works in the given period.
