Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci informačního a materiálového toku s cílem zajistit dodržování JIS neboli Jen v pořadí (Just in Sequence) při zavážení materiálu na výrobní linky a odstranit příčiny nedodržení zavážecích sekvencí. This thesis focuses on the optimization of information and material flow to ensure compliance with JIS (Just in Sequence) when loading material onto production lines and to eliminate the causes of non-compliance with loading sequences.
