Insolvency proceedings as a specific form of legal proceedings
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o insolvenčním řízení, a jeho vývoji. Následují kapitoly navazující na systematiku insolvenčního zákona tak, že postupně pojednávají o konkurzním řízení, jeho účastnících, insolvenčním návrhu, a likvidaci podniku. Závěrem se věnuji úpadku a jeho jednotlivým řešením.
Abstract:
The work deals with insolvency proceedings, and its development. Other chapters follow the scheme of the Insolvency Act so that it gradually deal with the bankruptcy proceedings, its participants, the draft insolvency and liquidation of the company. Finally, I deal with bankruptcy and its individual solution.
