TThe present thesis deals with the company credit capacity, and therefore also very characteristic of business credit and financing. Granting of credit is common practice nowadays, because loans are becoming part of our everyday. This is the same as giving money to the creditor, another person, namely the debtor. Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá úverovou spôsobilosťou podniku, a teda aj samotnou charakteristikou podniku, úveru a financovania. Poskytnutie úveru je v dnešnej dobe bežnou záležitosťou, pretože úvery sa stávajú našou každodennou súčasťou.
