Intracranial haemorrhage in pre-hospital urgent care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou intrakraniálního krvácení v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se čtenář seznámí s problematikou intrakraniálního krvácení teoreticky. Na začátku popisuji základní funkční anatomii mozku a jeho cévní zásobení. V další části teoretického úvodu se věnuji rozdělení jednotlivých intrakraniálních krvácení, jejich etiologii, klinickému obrazu, diagnostice a terapii. Závěr teoretické části mojí bakalářské práce věnuji příčinám vzniku intrakraniálního krvácení a diagnostice a terapii intrakraniálního krvácení v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Praktická část mojí bakalářské práce je věnována výzkumu. Výzkum je prováděn formou anonymních dotazníků, jejichž vyhodnocení má za cíl prověřit a porovnat teoretické znalosti a připravenost studentů druhých a třetích ročníků oboru zdravotnický záchranář v problematice intrakraniálního krvácení. Výstupem praktické části bakalářské práce je zhodnocení výsledků dotazníků předložených respondentům a zaznamenání zjištěných statistických údajů pomocí tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of intracranial haemorrhage within emergency medical services. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces the topic of intracranial haemorrhage in theory. At its beginning the basic functional anatomy of the brain and its blood supply are described. Next, I pay attention to the classification of particular types of intracranial bleed, their etiology, clinical picture, diagnostics and therapy. Finally, the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis analyses the causes of the origin of intracranial haemorrhage and diagnostics and therapy of intracranial haemorrhage within emergency medical services. The practical part of this work includes a study. The survey was conducted using anonymous questionnaires. Their analysis and evaluation aim to examine and compare theoretical knowledge and skills of the second and the third year Paramedic programme students concerning the issue of intracranial bleed. The outcome of the practical part of this bachelor thesis is the assessment of the findings from the questionnaires distributed to the respondents and presenting the discovered statistical data in charts and graphs.
