Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu generačních rozdílů v přístupu k práci. V práci jsou analyzovány informace vycházející ze studií na toto téma, následně jsou mezi sebou porovnány a vyhodnoceny.
Abstract:
This bachelors thesis focuses on analysis of generational diferences in approach to work. The work analyses informations extrapolated from studies on this topic that are consequently compared to each other and evaluated.
