Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stres a jeho zvládání u všeobecných sester, které pracují na standartním chirurgickém oddělení. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici stresu, druhy stresu, příznaky, příčiny a následné důsledky stresu. The bachelor´s thesis focus on stress and it´s management among general nurses, who are working on a surgical ward. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of stress, types of stress, symptoms, causes and consequences.
