Abstract:
Anotace Bakalářská práce „Supervize jako nástroj kvality v pomáhajících profesích“ se zabývá tématem supervize v pomáhajících profesích z pohledu supervizora. Zjišťuje pohled supervizora na supervizi, její aktuální podobu a nezbytné předpoklady k tomu, aby supervize přispívala ke zvyšování kvality v pomáhajících profesích.
Abstract:
Annotation Bachelor thesis "Supervision as a tool for quality in helping professions " deals with the subject of supervision from the supervisor's perspective. It discovers the way a supervisor understands supervision, describes its current state a the conditions under which supervision may contribute to the increase of quality in helping professions.
