Projekt je zaměřen na popularizaci lidového tance kreativním a inovativním způsobem. Hlavním cílem je prezentace tradičních prvků lidového tance a jeho propojení s principy aerobního cvičení. Důraz je kladen na praktickou stránku aplikace zmíněných principů v souboru pohybových lekcí. Abstract:
The project focuses on folklore dance popularization in a creative and innovative way. The main goal is to present traditional folklore dance elements and combine them with aerobic exercise principles. The project emphasizes the practical side of applying the mentioned principles in a set of lessons.
