Abstract:
Tato práce řeší vliv aplikace kmenových buněk na jaterní regeneraci po provedené částečné hepatektomii ALPPS technikou. Experiment probíhal na prasečím modelu (6 n; 3 n kontrolní, 3 n s aplikací kmenových buněk). Odebrané vzorky jater (0. a 9. den po zákroku) byly podrobeny kompletní sekvenaci transkriptomu. Abstract:
This paper addresses the impact of the application of stem cells to liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy made by ALPPS technique. The experiment was conducted on pig model (6 n; 3 n control, 3 n with the application of stem cells).
